We process data primarily to respond to your inquiries or orders, to conclude and fulfil our contracts with our customers and business partners, and to comply with our legal obligations both domestically and abroad. In addition, data processing is carried out to enable user-friendly use of our website, to correct errors or improve our website, and, where applicable, for internal statistical purposes.

a) Anonymous Data Collection
As part of your customer profile, we collect only the data listed below:
a. All information you explicitly provide in connection with an inquiry (name, address, age, phone number, contact information, etc.);
b. IP address;
c. Browser version and type used;
d. Date and time of the visit or inquiry.
Unless further processing is explicitly mentioned in this Privacy Policy, the above list is exhaustive. It is also possible that we do not collect all of the data mentioned.
We do not create personal profiles on the website and, as a general rule, do not collect or process special categories of personal data (e.g., regarding religious, political, or ideological views, health status, etc.). This is subject to the use of your personal data in connection with a credit check, which we may conduct or have conducted as part of contract fulfilment.
b) Embedding Third-Party Content
In certain places on our website, content from other websites is embedded using a “frame,” also known as an “inline frame” or “iframe.” You can thus view and use certain web content from other websites as standalone windows within a defined area on our website. Communications Regarding Job Postings: We process application materials submitted to us, including any files provided, exclusively for the purpose of conducting a hiring process (Art. 6(1) b DS-GVO). We contact applicants to inform them of the status of their applications or to invite them to an interview. Once the application process is complete, your data will be deleted no later than six months afterward, unless you have consented to our retaining your data and informing you of suitable job openings in the future (Art. 6(1)(a) GS-GVO). We use the WebTool-Newsletter application developed by WeServe AG, Liebefeld, Switzerland. This tool allows us to track user activity on our website (so-called heatmaps). For example, it shows how far users scroll and which buttons they click and how often. Furthermore, the tool also enables us to collect feedback directly from website users. In this way, we gain valuable insights to help us make our website even faster and more user-friendly.
d) Cookies

f) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google.
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity period, do not contain any personal data, and therefore cannot be used to identify you personally.
If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, it is not possible to track cookies across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. This allows customers to see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through the appropriate settings in your browser software (disable option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

g) Google Maps
We use Google Maps to display interactive maps and to generate directions. Google Maps is a mapping service provided by Google.
When you use Google Maps, information about your use of this website—including your IP address and the (starting) address entered as part of the route planner feature—may be transmitted to Google in the United States.
When you visit a page on our website that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers. h) Use of Youtube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, a site operated by Google. The operator of the site is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (“YouTube”). When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection is established to YouTube’s servers. In the process, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

i) Contact formular
The data you enter via the contact form is transmitted from your computer to the server in encrypted form. The data entered in the contact form is not stored on your computer (no cookies or similar). Despite encryption, absolute security is not possible. The server forwards the data you enter in the contact form via email for processing. These emails are not encrypted. The use of email is not technically secure; emails may fail to be delivered. When emails are transmitted, they may cross national borders, even if both the sender and recipient are located within the country. The confidentiality of emails cannot be guaranteed in the absence of encryption or if encryption is insufficient. Unencrypted emails are therefore not suitable for sending confidential information.
By using the contact form or sending an email, you consent to communication via email with full knowledge of the risks described above.
j) Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). reCAPTCHA is used to verify whether data entry on our websites (e.g., in a contact form) is performed by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the website visitor’s behavior based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various pieces of information (e.g., IP address, the length of time the website visitor spends on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.
Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated scraping and from spam.

We treat your personal data confidentially and disclose it to third parties within the scope of the purposes set forth in Section 1, to the extent permitted and deemed appropriate. These include, in particular, IT server providers (WeServe AG, Könizstrasse 161, CH-3097 Bern-Liebefeld, info@weserve.ch), service partners (within the Lamprecht Transport Group as well as externally, e.g., financial institutions for processing payments, insurance companies), dealers, suppliers, and other business partners, customers, as well as domestic and foreign authorities, government agencies, or courts. In these cases, we strictly adhere to the requirements of applicable data protection laws. The scope of data transfer is limited to the minimum necessary.
4. Storage
Our website is hosted by WeServe AG, Bern, Switzerland. The servers are located in Switzerland, are physically accessible only to WeServe AG, and are protected as effectively as possible against unauthorized third-party access. Backups are created regularly to prevent data loss to the best of our ability.

If a contractual relationship is still in effect at the time we receive your request for erasure, your personal data will continue to be processed until the contract has been fully fulfilled.
